A proposal designed to allow personal choice, while respecting the product, seasonality, and the rhythm of the kitchen.

Each guest builds their own experience by choosing one starter, one main course, and one dessert.

Warm tomino cheese, served with toasted walnuts and black truffle carpaccio, finished with a drizzle of aromatic oil.

Fresh Lanzarote goat cheese with tomato marmalade, Taggiasca olives, and carasau bread.

Fresh “open” pasta filled with braised goat meat, burrata, and candied orange.

Finely chopped red prawns from La Santa, served on creamy burrata.

Roasted lamb fillet on cauliflower cream, with anchovy and mint oil.

Extra bread service is available with a supplement of €1.90.

To ensure the best dining experience, the à la carte menu is available for tables of up to 4 guests.
