Each season brings different flavors, and our menu embraces them with respect: some dishes may not always be available, but when they are, they represent the very best moment.

Each guest must choose at least one main course.
Starters are recommended to enjoy a fuller experience.

Colorful pasta filled with mero fish, burrata, and seaweed, served with pea cream. Light and refined contrast between sea and garden.

Small black Canarian potato with smooth leek cream. A tribute to the island’s tradition in an elegant and refined way.

Amberjack fillet with cauliflower cream, hints of capers, and toasted almond flakes. Lightness and sea harmony.

Seared tuna belly over roasted pepper cream with papas arrugadas. Delicate contrasts between sweetness and savoriness.

Carabinero tail with poached egg Benedict and black truffle carpaccio: sea, land, and pure tenderness in one dish.

16. Pork Cheek in Chinato Wine and Moscatel – €29,90
Pork cheek slowly cooked in Listán Negro chinato wine and Moscatel, served with caramelized carrots and carrot chips. Intense flavors in perfect harmony.

17. Autumn Harmony – €29,90
Beef fillet on pumpkin cream, with shiitake mushrooms and roasted red radicchio petals. Softness and character in perfect balance.

18. Mediterranean Velvet – €29,90
Roasted lamb fillet with cauliflower cream, hints of anchovies, and mint oil. Harmony of flavors and textures.

19. Hidden Leaves – €22,90
Risotto with fig leaf and almond pesto, enriched with goat cheese cream. Delicate yet characterful.
