DAVIDE MOLINARI
Chef Susanna Crepaldi, on her journey from Italy to the Canary Islands, finds a second home in Lanzarote, the cradle of new flavours and great professional goals. Precisely for this reason, together with her life partner Davide Molinari, she chooses to pay tribute to this island with her innovative and sincere cuisine, creating in 2020 the restaurant "la Forgia", a point of reference in the gastronomic panorama of the island.
