Chef Susanna Crepaldi, on her journey from Italy to the Canary Islands, finds a second home in Lanzarote, the cradle of new flavors and great professional goals. Precisely for this reason she chooses, together with her life partner Davide Molinari, to pay homage to this island with her innovative and sincere cuisine in Nazaret, giving life in 2020 to the restaurant "la Forgia", a point of reference in the gastronomic scene of the island.

We have selected the wines that best accompany our food so that customers can enjoy a 360-degree experience.
Starting with the main grapes and designations of origin of Italy, we move on to a wide selection of Spanish wines, both peninsular and Canarian.
In addition to the large and popular wine regions, we have decided to bring more peculiar products and small productions to our winery for the most curious and demanding customers.
