Our gastronomic journeys

At La Forgia, we offer different tasting journeys designed to express our author cuisine, where the local products of Lanzarote meet the Italian gastronomic sensibility of chef Susanna Crepaldi.

Each menu is conceived as a complete experience, where dishes follow one another in a balance of flavors, textures and seasonality.

Information about the tasting menus
Our tasting menus are conceived as a complete gastronomic experience, where each dish is part of a journey carefully designed by the kitchen to maintain a balance of flavors and seasonal products.

For this reason, individual modifications to the dishes of the menu are not possible.

However, the tasting journey can be adapted for guests who do not consume meat or do not consume fish, provided this is communicated at the time of reservation.

In these cases, the kitchen will propose an alternative route, maintaining the philosophy and balance of the menu.


Our menus may vary slightly depending on the availability of the products used.

⚠️ Due to the complexity of the menus, allergens are not individually listed.
Please inform us of any intolerances at the time of booking.
