Vegetarian Tasting Routes

A vegetarian proposal that explores the cuisine of La Forgia from garden to plate, between Italy and the Canary Islands, guided by the Chef’s hand and respect for the product.
Vegetables, grains and cheeses — mostly organic and locally sourced — are treated with sensitivity and technique to create balanced, honest routes deeply connected to the territory.
