
Vegetarian Journey
A vegetarian proposal that follows the cuisine of La Forgia from the garden to the plate, between Italy and the Canary Islands, guided by the chef’s hand and deep respect for the product.
Vegetables, grains and cheeses —mostly organic and locally sourced— are treated with sensitivity and technique to create a balanced, honest journey deeply rooted in the territory.

Our tasting menus and wine pairings are served for the whole table.
Our tasting menus are conceived as a complete gastronomic experience, where each dish forms part of a journey designed by the kitchen to maintain balance in flavours and highlight seasonal products.
For this reason, we do not offer individual modifications to the dishes on the menu.
Our menus may be subject to slight changes depending on the availability of the products used.
