Our story is a journey between two distant lands, united by a passion for cuisine.
We brought with us the elegance and tradition of Italy, meeting the strength of the lava and the breath of the ocean.
From this encounter, La Forgia is born: a place where every dish is forged by the fire of memory and the wind of the island.

Davide is the face and voice of the dining room at “La Forgia.”
With elegance and natural ease, he welcomes every guest, guiding them through the discovery of wines and their harmony with Susanna’s dishes.
His attention to detail and ability to make guests feel at home create a complete dining experience, turning every dinner into a moment of authentic connection and conviviality.

Susanna Crepaldi

The passion for cooking has accompanied Susanna since childhood – a family heritage and her father’s dream of one day seeing her own restaurant.
Traveling by motorbike across Europe, she learned to recognize different flavors and traditions. Today, that love for good things is transformed into her dishes, which blend the elegance of Piedmont with the volcanic strength of Lanzarote.
