Wine & Territory Experience

Wine & Territory Experience is a midday experience designed to discover Lanzarote through wine and refined gastronomic bites.

The experience includes, per person, a selection of 3 Lanzarote wines served in tasting format (approx. 50 ml per glass), paired with 3 gastronomic creations specially crafted by La Forgia for this journey.

Gastronomic bites

• Lanzarote tomato, goat cheese and almond

• Marinated tuna, Lanzarote lentil cream with lime

• Canarian black pork, banana cream and gofio

Wine selection

• Dry Malvasía Volcánica

• Lanzarote rosé

• Lanzarote red wine
